Working with German was amazing. He exceeded my expectations in every aspect. Before I started working with German, I told him, I have an appointment with another agent. German said, “ That completely fine. After your appointment with the other agent, allow me the opportunity to compete for your business. I will show you what I bring to the table, then whoever you feel have your best interest, choose them”. He did not force me to commit to him as my agent. Being a first time home buyer I wanted to keep my options open, ensuring I’m getting the best deal for my family. I had one agent said , the seller would not show a house unless I committed to her, the agent that’s showing me the house. German drove 50-60 miles on numerous occasions just to show 1 or 2 house I wanted to see. He did not make me feel as if I’m waisting his time. On an 2 or 3 occasions, he advised me to keep looking and not settle for what’s currently in-front of me as this is an important decision. Before I decided to move forward with German as my agent, he was there every step of the way. He answered the same question over and over again. We texted and talked from mornings to Midnights. I’m sure I did not make it easy for him but he made it easy for me and my family. I’ve told him how much I appreciate his patience and his professionalism.
